The Politics of Unity begins with an alternative mind set and framework that includes redefining power from dominance and control to collaboration and shared partnerships. Walking through the principles prepares groups and individuals to apply the various Politics of Unity principles to their life, work environments, and community. We have seen a lot of the politics of division with increasing authoritarian and polarization. The Politics of Unity Principles apply what we know about conflict resolution and trauma for a more trauma informed politics that can be applied from the board room to the bed room, from classrooms to parliaments.
