Change Matrix

The Change Matrix is a mapping, and knowledge translation tool to plan systems change. It can be used by any group on any issue to create a comprehensive strategy for change. Change goals are filtered through 7 areas of the matrix: legal, budget, staffing, programs or services, public education and awareness, governance, community engagement processes. This can be done for government, community or business roles in the system on the issue.
